Shortbread cookie stuffed Walnut (Mamoul Walnut)

This is a very traditional semolina-based short bread cookie with 3 distinctive fillings that is perfumed with orange blossom water. The cookie is rich, crumbly, and ever so satisfying. The filling can be made of walnuts. Very popular around the holidays, especially Easter and Eid.
