Arabic Cookies with Pistachio or Walnut (KARABEEG)

Small short bread cookie with 2 distinctive fillings that is perfumed with orange blossom water. The cookie is rich, crumbly, and ever so satisfying. The filling can be made of either pistachios or walnuts. Very popular around the holidays, especially Easter and Eid.
