Salted Biscuits with Nigella Seeds (KAAK EID)

Sometimes you need something salty to chase down the sweets!  Try our traditional savory biscuits.  They are crunchy, salty, and ever so buttery.  Seasoned with nigella seeds and mahlab, they are an excellent accompaniment to cheeses and marmalades.  Crackers do not hold a candle to these rich and satisfying delights.
